Power Platform Workflow Solutions Consultant

• Design, develop, and deploy Power Platform workflow solutions
• Build scalable, secure, and compliant workflow automations
• Partner with LOB teams to gather requirements and translate them into PP solutions
• Ensure architectural alignment with enterprise standards
• Support solution delivery in fast paced, deadline driven environments
• Provide documentation, best practices, and workflow optimization guidance

• Minimum 8 years of industry experience delivering Power Platform (PP) workflow solutions
• Proven expertise in designing and building enterprise grade Power Platform workflows
• Work directly with Line of Business (LOB) stakeholders; strong communication skills required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the US banking domain
• Collaborate with senior enterprise architects to ensure alignment on solution and architectural decisions
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight timelines, * Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Strong understanding of workflow automation, connectors, triggers, and governance
• Experience working with enterprise architecture teams
• Banking domain experience (US banking preferred)

Desirable Skills:

• Exposure to cloud based integration patterns
• Understanding of enterprise security and compliance frameworks
• Experience with automation in regulated environments
