Requirements

students and staff in our Greenfield classes in English for Speakers of Other Languages, * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), data entry

Proficient in internet usage: email, Google Drive, Dropbox, Zoom
Comfortable with computer set-up, network & maintenance;
Creative with troubleshooting students’ challenges;
Patient
Careful, accurate, attentive to detail;
Comfortable working with people from a variety of different backgrounds;
Familiarity with teaching ESOL (English to Speakers of Other Languages)
Commitment to community-based education

Benefits & conditions

(ESOL). The Technology Associate works Monday through Thursday mornings, 8:30-

10:45 AM, while classes are in session both in person, in Center for New Americans’

Greenfield center and online. The Associate supports students’ participation in class

as well as teachers’ and advisors’ use of technology to teach and support students.

The Technology Associate also participates in documentation and record-keeping. This

position is a school-year position (September through May). Compensation is

$20/hour.
