Job description

Develop, maintain, and deliver training curriculum for Contentful CMS users.
Create user guides, training materials, documentation, and knowledge base articles.
Conduct instructor-led and virtual training sessions.
Provide day-to-day support for Contentful CMS and other web applications.
Assist agencies with website content updates and content management best practices.
Support migration of websites from HCL CMS to Contentful CMS.
Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and business stakeholders.
Perform user journey analysis and support information architecture initiatives.
Communicate platform updates, enhancements, and known issues to end users.
Support Agile project activities including sprint planning and user feedback.

Requirements

Experience developing and managing training curriculum.
Strong employee training and instructional design experience.
Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
Experience with Contentful CMS.
Knowledge of UX/UI principles and web design concepts.
Experience with information architecture and user journey mapping.
Experience using training development software.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Vendor coordination and stakeholder communication experience.

Preferred Skills

Experience with HCL Web Content Manager (WCM).
Experience supporting government web platforms.
Experience with InnovateOhio Platform (IOP) or similar enterprise platforms.
Knowledge of Ohio State Government processes and regulations.
Experience with Cloudinary, Form.IO, Audience Manager, or Developer Portal., * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Instructional Design, UX, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience delivering technical training and supporting enterprise web applications.
Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
Ability to work onsite in Columbus, Ohio.
