Job description

Electrum is looking for an organized, hands-on Installer Network Coordinator to join our Installer Management division. You will be the day-to-day point of contact for our national network of 100+ vetted electricians and installers, supporting them across unidirectional EV charging, bidirectional EV charging (V2H/V2G), and solar PV + battery storage installations.

This is a role for someone who is comfortable talking with electricians - about site conditions, pricing, scope changes, and code compliance - and who can keep a high volume of moving pieces organized. You’ll help installers succeed on our platform and hold them accountable to the standards of the programs we operate for leading automotive OEMs and utilities.

This role reports to the Project Manager - Energy Solutions.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Onboard new electricians and installation companies onto Electrum’s platform, including account setup, training, and ongoing education on platform tools and workflows
  • Serve as the first point of contact for installer inquiries, including pricing questions, charger delivery status, and change orders
  • Proactively follow up with electricians to keep projects moving - accepting new jobs, submitting quotes, and scheduling installations on time
  • Navigate and resolve disputes between installers, customers, and internal teams with professionalism and sound judgment
  • Hold installers accountable to their responsibilities under each corporate and utility program (OEM EV charging programs, utility incentive programs), ensuring program adherence and quality standards
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date installer profiles, coverage areas, and credentials across the network
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, customer support) to keep installations moving and remove blockers
  • Escalate and help resolve installation issues, ensuring safe, code-compliant, on-time execution
  • Identify recurring pain points in installer workflows and propose process improvements to scale our EV charging, ESS, and solar programs

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working directly with electricians, electrical contractors, or solar installers (e.g., solar project coordination, EVSE fulfillment, construction operations)
  • Solar PV experience strongly preferred; familiarity with battery storage and EV charging (including bidirectional/V2H) is a plus
  • Confidence communicating with trades professionals about project scope, pricing, site conditions, and technical requirements
  • Exceptionally organized, with the ability to manage a high volume of concurrent inquiries, projects, and escalations without dropping details
  • Strong negotiation and dispute-resolution skills
  • Working knowledge of permitting processes and electrical code compliance is a plus
  • Comfortable working in CRM and project management platforms
  • Experience managing third-party partners or vendor networks preferred
  • Adaptive mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus, but relevant field experience matters more to us
