Dayforce HRIS Analyst

• Serve as the primary administrator for the Dayforce HCM platform across multiple modules.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize workflows, security, and system functionality.
• Build reports, dashboards, and analytics that support HR decision-making.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT to improve processes and implement system enhancements.
• Manage testing, upgrades, and new functionality as the platform continues to evolve.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support to HR stakeholders.
• Maintain data integrity while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement across the employee lifecycle.

• Hands-on experience administering Ceridian Dayforce is strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis.
• Experience working with HRIS reporting, workflows, and system configuration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• No degree required-demonstrated technical ability and aptitude are valued over formal education.

$45 - $60 an hour - Full-time, Contract
