Requirements

Do you have extensive Dayforce experience and enjoy using data to improve HR systems and processes? Our client is looking for an experienced HRIS & Dayforce Specialist to become the subject matter expert for their Dayforce platform. This is a business-critical role where you’ll take ownership of the system, support HR, Payroll and IT teams, and help maximise the value of a recently implemented HRIS. This role will suit someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with stakeholder collaboration and continuous improvement. In this role, you will:Own and support the Dayforce platform across HR, Payroll and Workforce Management.Build reports, dashboards and semantic models using Power BI and Excel.Ensure data accuracy, troubleshoot issues and maintain system performance.Manage system releases, configurations, integrations and enhancements.Identify opportunities to automate and improve HR processes.Act as the Dayforce expert, supporting and coaching users across the business. Essential requirements:Minimum 3 years’ hands-on Dayforce experience.Strong knowledge of HRIS, Payroll and Workforce Management.Excellent Power BI, semantic modelling and advanced Excel skills.Experience with HR systems configuration, reporting and integrations.Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to support non-technical users.A proactive approach to problem solving, continuous improvement and data quality. Desirable:Dayforce certification.Experience with ServiceNow or API integrations.Multi-country payroll experience.Knowledge of Agile or UAT testing.
