ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Employee Center

Client is seeking a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Employee Center to support the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow Employee Center solutions. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver modern employee self-service experiences while ensuring platform scalability, governance, and best practices. Responsibilities

• Lead or support ServiceNow Employee Center implementation projects.
• Configure Employee Center portals, topics, taxonomy, branding, widgets, and content.
• Gather business requirements and design scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Integrate Employee Center with ITSM, Knowledge Management, Case Management, and Service Catalog.
• Develop and maintain knowledge articles, catalog items, workflows, and service definitions.
• Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and post-production activities.
• Ensure platform governance, security, and ServiceNow best practices.
• Improve employee self-service, search, navigation, and user experience.
• Document solution designs, configurations, and implementation processes.

• Active ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Employee Center certification is mandatory.
• Hands-on ServiceNow Employee Center or Employee Center Pro implementation experience is required.
• Strong ITSM and Enterprise Service Management experience is required.
