This role bridges business needs and technical delivery., Experience: 5+ years working with the ServiceNow platform, with prior experience at government or federal agencies/contractors * Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) credentials. * Technical Skills: Knowledge of JavaScript, workflows, and cloud architecture.
