As a Technology Executive, you will be responsible for defining the company’s technology strategy, scaling the engineering organization, and driving product development. As a member of the executive leadership team, you’ll work closely with business leaders and enterprise clients to shape technical direction, build high-performing engineering teams, and establish technology as a key competitive advantage.

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience leading engineering organizations of 30+ people
• Proven track record of defining and executing technology strategy
• Experience working with executive stakeholders and enterprise clients
• Strong leadership in hiring, organizational design, and performance management
• Business-level communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
