Job description

We are seeking a GenAI Outcome Engineer to serve as a trusted technical advisor to U.S. Federal Government agencies adopting generative AI solutions. This role combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and solution architecture to deliver AI-powered capabilities that support mission-critical objectives., * Partner with federal customers to identify requirements and design GenAI solutions.

  • Lead technical discovery sessions and translate business needs into scalable AI architectures.
  • Architect and present solutions across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
  • Develop and implement solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI governance frameworks.
  • Create reusable solution templates, demos, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to drive successful customer outcomes.
  • Support federal security and compliance requirements, including FedRAMP, NIST, and Zero Trust frameworks.
  • Travel up to 50% for customer engagements and industry events.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles, including experience with enterprise software, data platforms, or AI/ML technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, databases, Docker, CI/CD, and Git.
  • Strong understanding of GenAI technologies, AI architectures, and enterprise integrations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and executive audiences.
  • Active Top Secret clearance (or ability to obtain and maintain one).

Preferred

  • Experience supporting Federal Government or DoD customers.
  • Knowledge of OAuth2, SSO, vector databases, and AI/ML platforms.
  • Familiarity with FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST 800-53, and Zero Trust Architecture.
