Job description

This role focuses on ensuring business requirements are clearly captured, documented, and translated into actionable technical specifications to support application migration, data integration, and platform transformation initiatives., + Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions to gather and document business requirements

  • Develop current-state and future-state process maps.

  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technology teams

  • Support interface design, workflow validation, and data migration activities

  • Facilitate UAT planning, execution, issue tracking, and business sign-off

  • Assess business impact of technology changes and support change management efforts

  • Develop training materials and support end users during and post-migration

  • Identify business risks, track issues, and support mitigation planning

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in Financial Services

  • Strong experience supporting technology transformation or migration programs

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience working with data-intensive platforms in Asset Management or Investments is a plus

Benefits & conditions

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $65,000 - $72,000

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
