Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Delivery & Infrastructure Development Executive to oversee and coordinate large-scale infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of construction initiatives, utilising advanced project management tools and technical expertise. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to significant infrastructure development programmes, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve strategic objectives., * Lead the planning, execution, and completion of infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

  • Utilise Primavera P6 for detailed project scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
  • Apply Civil 3D software for design review, site analysis, and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless project delivery.
  • Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise delays or cost overruns.
  • Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations across all phases of construction activities.
  • Monitor project performance through regular reporting and review meetings.
  • Ensure effective time management across multiple projects by prioritising tasks and allocating resources efficiently.
  • Foster continuous improvement by implementing best practices in project management and infrastructure development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in construction delivery or infrastructure development roles within a similar environment.
  • Demonstrable proficiency in Primavera P6 for programme scheduling and resource management.
  • Strong knowledge of Civil 3D for civil engineering design and site planning tasks.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a focus on time management to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Prior experience working with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and clients.
  • A recognised qualification in civil engineering, construction management, or related disciplines is preferred but not essential if complemented by extensive practical experience.
