Your new company
Youâll be joining a large, professional services organisation undergoing continuous transformation and process improvement across its core business systems. Working within a central software team, youâll help drive consistency, data quality, user adoption and best practice across Practice Management and Document Management platforms, while supporting business growth and integration activities.
Your new role Youâll become part of a central team of subject-matter experts responsible for maintaining, improving and supporting key business systems. Your responsibilities will include documenting and improving processes, creating reports and templates, supporting data management and cleansing activities, delivering user training, providing system support, and monitoring adherence to established processes.
Youâll work closely with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities for improvement, drive process standardisation, support month-end activities, and assist with software implementation and data migration projects linked to acquisitions. The role also involves supporting system integrations, maintaining templates, managing imports, and helping ensure successful adoption of systems and processes across multiple offices.

To be successful in this role, youâll be a proactive and self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills and a genuine interest in systems, processes and continuous improvement. Youâll be a confident communicator, comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels and delivering training to end users.
You will ideally have:
- Experience working with business systems, Practice Management, CRM or Document Management software
- Strong process improvement and analytical skills
- Confidence using Excel and manipulating data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- A logical, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to team initiatives
- A desire to learn new software, systems and technologies
