Job description

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Monday to Thursday in the office, Friday at home.

Your new company

A well-established and innovative organisation is seeking a Data Administrator to support a key business transformation project. Working within the Supply Chain & Operations team, you will play an important role in preparing and maintaining critical business data ahead of the implementation of new ERP and workflow systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, has strong Excel skills, and takes pride in delivering accurate work.

Your new role

As a Data Administrator, you will be responsible for reviewing, cleansing, validating and updating large volumes of data to ensure it is accurate and ready for migration into new business systems. You will work closely with colleagues across the Engineering, Quality and Operational teams to agree data standards, naming conventions and ensure consistency throughout the process.

What you’ll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in data administration, data entry or data cleansing, alongside excellent attention to detail and a highly accurate approach to your work. Strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential, including experience working with large datasets, sorting, filtering, data validation and spreadsheet formulas. You will be confident communicating with stakeholders across the business, including international colleagues, and possess a professional, organised and proactive approach. Immediate availability is highly desirable.
