Job description

The Technical Services Team is dedicated to maximizing the performance and availability of utilities and infrastructure systems, ensuring uninterrupted operations at Gigafactory Berlin. This dynamic team works tirelessly to maintain, enhance, and restore these systems through a combination of preventative and corrective maintenance strategies., The Project Engineer will support strategic initiatives, assist in tracking project milestones, help streamline internal processes, and facilitate executive-level communications. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain visibility into company-wide operations and decision-making processes while building core project management competencies.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the planning, tracking, and coordination of key projects and initiatives across departments
  • Assist in preparing project documentation, dashboards, status reports, and presentations for stakeholders
  • Help monitor progress of project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure alignment with goals
  • Attend and document key meetings, capturing action items and ensuring timely follow-ups
  • Organize and manage calendars, schedules, and agendas related to strategic meetings and project milestones
  • Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment
  • Contribute to improving internal TS processes and templates for efficiency and clarity
  • Perform research, data analysis, and prepare summaries or briefs to support decision-making
  • Provide general administrative support to the TS leadership team as needed

Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented engineer to join our Team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, project engineering, cross-functional communication, and organizational support within a dynamic business environment., * Holding a degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, or related field

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello) preferred
  • A team player with a flexible mindset and strong sense of ownership
