IT Support Technician

• You’ll install and set up employee time clock devices at client locations.
• You’ll test the devices to make sure they are connected and working properly.
• You’ll troubleshoot basic hardware and network issues (Wi-Fi, Ethernet, connectivity).
• You’ll work with the client’s IT team if network or firewall changes are needed.
• You’ll provide onsite support during the go-live to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• You’ll document the installation work and update the project team on progress.
• This role is ideal for someone with IT support, field technician, hardware deployment, or device installation experience.

We are seeking a Time Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hardware/device implementations, onsite technical support, and basic networking and a proven ability to deploy and validate employee time clock systems at client locations.

Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
