Catalogue Data Administrator

Your working day will include:

• Inputting product data into our database
• Raising new part numbers
• Compiling links to be used on our website
• Creating and managing PDFs
• Editing cropping and resizing images for use on our website

OTHER TASKS

You will be expected to help cover staff who are on holiday or sick:

• Raising and managing customer and supplier orders on our database
• Dealing with customer queries on the phone and via email
• Packing and shipping outgoing orders in the warehouse goods-out area
• Unpacking and labelling orders in the warehouse goods-in area
• Inputting parcel shipping data into our couriers software

• Be able to use your own initiative to manage the data input
• Be able to work quickly and accurately
• Be comfortable working on repetitive catalogue type data
• Have good keyboard skills and a brisk typing speed
• Have used programs like Microsoft Word, Excel and Sage
• Have worked in a busy office or library, an online company or in auto parts
• Have a confident and polite telephone manner, * Have you worked with Office and Sage type of programs?
• Do you have any data input or office admin experience?

• Do you have a car and live within a 15 mile radius of Liskeard?

• 1/2 hour lunch
• 4 weeks holiday plus all normal bank holidays
• We close between Xmas and New Year so there will always be some compulsory leave within that period

PAY

Pay and employment details:

• £13.34ph / £2313pm
• You will start on a 3 month trial

• We are on a green field site away from any industry
• You will be working in a clean, dry and warm environment
• You will have your own desk and computer terminal
• Lunch can be taken in our staff room with comfortable seating
