Job description

Our premium brand automotive client is seeking a highly skilled Data Modelling Specialist to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading name in the automotive industry, contributing to the development of cutting-edge technologies and processes., As a Data Modelling Specialist, you will:

  • Consume directional inputs from various sources, including Engineering and Marketing, and transform this information into actionable data.
  • Perform core data modelling activities, converting directional data into feature configuration data within the corporate system, which supports numerous downstream customers, systems, and processes.
  • Conduct quality validation activities to ensure the team’s output is 100% accurate.
  • Identify, develop, and implement technical and business process improvements within the immediate team and the wider department.
  • Engage with stakeholders across engineering and marketing functions to understand requirements and translate them into feature coding logic., Day-to-Day On a typical day, you will:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret directional inputs.
  • Use corporate systems to model and configure feature data.
  • Validate data outputs to ensure accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
  • Propose and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data modelling and data transformation activities.
