Job description

We are seeking a skilled Laptop/PC/Computer Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of computer hardware and related equipment. Duties

Diagnose and repair hardware faults in laptops, desktops, and other computer equipment.
Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on computer hardware components.
Use hand tools and schematics to disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment accurately.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer networking systems to ensure connectivity and security.
Conduct system diagnostics to identify issues related to hardware or network failures.
Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance activities, and system configurations.
Assist with the setup of new equipment and perform testing to verify proper operation.
Provide technical support to users regarding hardware issues and general maintenance procedures.

Requirements

Strong mechanical knowledge related to computer hardware components.
Proficiency in using hand tools for disassembly and assembly tasks.
Extensive understanding of computer hardware components such as motherboards, processors, RAM, storage devices, etc.
Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
Experience in computer repair and maintenance tasks across various systems.
Knowledge of computer networking principles including LAN/WAN configurations and security protocols.
Skills in equipment repair with an emphasis on reliability and precision.
Ability to diagnose complex issues swiftly and implement effective solutions efficiently.
