Computer Technician

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Computer Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining computer hardware and networking equipment to ensure optimal performance across our organization. Your expertise in mechanical knowledge, hand tools, and schematics will be essential in troubleshooting issues efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of technology systems, providing hands-on repair and maintenance support that keeps our operations running smoothly and reliably., * Diagnose hardware malfunctions and perform repairs on computers, peripherals, and networking equipment using appropriate tools and techniques

• Conduct routine maintenance on computer systems to prevent future issues and extend equipment lifespan
• Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware components in accordance with technical schematics and specifications
• Assist with the setup and troubleshooting of computer networks, including wired and wireless connections
• Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to disassemble, repair, or replace faulty parts in equipment
• Document repair procedures, system configurations, and maintenance activities accurately for record-keeping
• Collaborate with team members to identify recurring issues and develop solutions to improve system reliability

• Proven experience with computer hardware repair and maintenance processes
• Strong mechanical knowledge combined with proficiency in using hand tools for equipment repair
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams
• Familiarity with computer networking concepts including routers, switches, and network protocols
• Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques for hardware failures and connectivity issues
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnosing complex technical problems
• Effective communication skills to clearly explain technical issues and solutions to team members or clients
