PC technician

• Peform routine hardware repairs and system upgrades. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and devices such as printers and scanners.
• Recondition Computers
• Installation of Windows OS
• Basic Network Experience
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware,software, and network connectivity issues. Perform routine hardware repairs and system upgrades.
• Document support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Windows Domain knowledge
• New Printer Installation
• Printer Troubleshooting
• Replace Computer Hardware

• Problem solving abilities, strong verbal communication skills, and a customer-oriented attitude
• Abilitity to safely lift and manuever up to 50 lbs and comfortablly bend, squat, and reach beneath desks
• Ability to work in the Show Low area
