We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to support a large-scale Desktop Refresh Program for the Judicial Branch. The role involves deploying and replacing desktop and laptop computers, imaging systems, installing peripherals, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, tracking assets, and providing onsite technical support to end users across Maricopa County., * Deploy, configure, and image Windows desktops and laptops.

• Install workstations, monitors, docking stations, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Update ticketing systems and maintain asset inventory.
• Provide professional onsite customer support during deployment activities.
• Travel to various Judicial Branch locations throughout Maricopa County.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years of desktop support, computer deployment, or technical support experience.
• Experience with Windows desktop/laptop deployments.
• Strong customer service, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift and move computer equipment.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license (or ability to obtain one).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with desktop refresh or hardware deployment projects.
• Knowledge of SCCM, MDT, Microsoft Intune, or Windows Autopilot.
• Experience with Active Directory and basic network troubleshooting.
• Enterprise or government IT support experience.
