Job description

  • Enhance EvenUp’s AI-native document generation workflows and build systems to improve quality, reliability, and customer outcomes.
  • Design and implement end-to-end AI-powered features, integrating LLMs with existing SaaS systems and shipping production-ready solutions.
  • Build and maintain systems to evaluate performance, accuracy, and reliability of core deliverables.
  • Establish best practices for architecture, coding, and delivery across services, APIs, and user-facing features.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and leadership to deliver high-impact features and evolve core products.
  • Contribute to the evolution of core products at the forefront of applied AI.

Requirements

  • Strong software development experience, with hands-on expertise in Python or languages such as Go, Java, Node.js, or C++.
  • Proven ability to design and ship scalable, production-grade systems, including APIs and distributed systems.
  • Experience owning projects end-to-end in fast-paced, high-growth or startup environments.
  • Bonus: Experience with AI, legal tech, or social impact-driven products.

The Document Generation team at EvenUp builds AI-native products that help personal injury attorneys secure better outcomes for their clients.
