Microsoft Dynamics 365 CECRM Functional Consultant

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for CRM solutions.
• Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 CE/CRM to meet client needs, with a focus on Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
• Develop comprehensive CRM documentation, including functional and technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
• Provide training and support to clients’ end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to the new CRM system.
• Conduct quality assurance testing to validate system functionality and ensure it aligns with client requirements.
• Assist in data migration and integration efforts as needed.
• Stay current with the latest CRM and Microsoft technologies and share your knowledge with the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the CRM system, maintaining excellent communication with clients throughout.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a creative and empathetic professional with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM. • 3-5 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Functional Consultant.
• Proven experience in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, with a strong focus on Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
• Experience creating workflows with Power Automate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong empathy and interpersonal skills to understand and address each client’s unique needs.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering and documentation.
• Solid project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset to resolve technical and functional challenges.
• Adept at working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred:

• Current Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM certifications.
• Experience with CRM data migration and integration.
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, AI Builder, Data flows, Virtual Agents).
