Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure excellent support for customers and internal users. This role is ideal for a problem-solving professional with strong technical knowledge and customer service skills.

What you’ll do:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and business systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor support tickets and ensure prompt resolution.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications.
• Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain technical documentation and support records.
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing.

• Experience in technical support, IT support, help desk, or a related field.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of Windows, networking, cloud services, or business applications.
• Experience with ticketing systems is an advantage.
