IT Support

• Work on-site in Orlando office
• May require after-hours availability testing or unscheduled system events

Primary Functions:

• Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via telephone or electronically through the Ticket System
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues (hardware, software, user access, etc.) Perform hardware and software installations as required
• Schedule and set up video and telephone conferences (Zoom, Teams, Webex, etc.)
• Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
• Install, configure, deliver, tag and remove computer hardware, software and peripherals
• Troubleshoot computers, printers, scanner, phones, smart phones and other peripheral devices over the phone and in person

• A+, Network+, Microsoft 365 certifications or other third-party accreditation
• Experience in Microsoft 365 environment or Hybrid environment
• Experience in thin clients and virtual machines
• Previous work in office environment
