Job description

We are seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT and Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure projects supporting a next-generation manufacturing facility. This role manages projects ranging from local site initiatives to regional and global implementations, ensuring successful delivery of IT/OT infrastructure that supports advanced automation, smart manufacturing, and digital transformation., * Lead IT/OT infrastructure projects throughout the full project lifecycle.

  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Program Managers, technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Manage implementation of IT infrastructure including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switching, data centers, servers, firewalls, workplace technologies, and OT infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Logistics, Operations, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure infrastructure is delivered in compliance with established IT security, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, milestones, resources, deliverables, risks, and communications.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Resolve project issues, delays, and changing priorities while maintaining project objectives.
  • Lead project status meetings and steering committee reviews.
  • Maintain project documentation, reporting, and tracking systems.
  • Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of IT Infrastructure Project Management experience.
  • Experience leading enterprise IT infrastructure projects, including data center integration or brownfield environments.
  • Experience managing IT/OT infrastructure projects in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other validated manufacturing environments preferred.
  • Knowledge of GxP, FDA, or similar regulated industry requirements.

Strong understanding of:

  • IT infrastructure architecture
  • LAN/WAN networking
  • Wi-Fi and switching
  • Data centers
  • Servers and virtualization
  • Firewalls and cybersecurity
  • Workplace technologies
  • Operational Technology (OT) environments, * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification required.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Proven risk management and conflict resolution experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
