Requirements

15+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, automation or technology delivery.
Significant experience leading large automation transformation programmes.
Strong expertise in UiPath Test Cloud/Test Suite and/or Tricentis platforms.
Demonstrated experience building or deploying Agentic AI solutions for Quality Engineering.
Understanding of AI agents, multi-agent orchestration, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering and autonomous workflows.
Experience across enterprise applications such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, cloud platforms and modern engineering practices.
Proven experience managing global delivery teams and senior client stakeholders.
Strong commercial understanding, including estimations, margins, utilisation and delivery profitability.
Excellent communication, leadership and executive presentation skills.
UiPath or Tricentis professional certifications.
Experience with Tricentis Tosca, qTest, NeoLoad, Testim or SeaLights.
Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or Semantic Kernel.
Experience building Quality Engineering Centres of Excellence.
