Job description
Hemmersbach is seeking an experienced L2 Workplace Support Engineer, supporting workplace infrastructure, collaboration technologies, and local network environments. This role combines advanced end-user support with hands-on technical troubleshooting and project activities., * Resolve complex incidents involving PCs, laptops, AV equipment, phones, and peripherals
- Support LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and connectivity issues
- Assist with IDF/MDF room activities, cabling, and infrastructure changes
- Support backup, server, and printer environments
- Deliver VIP support and participate in site projects and relocations
- Collaborate with global IT teams and vendors
Requirements
- 2-5 years of IT support experience
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Experience configuring switches and routers
- Knowledge of network fundamentals, backup solutions, and workplace technologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- CCNA certification not required
Benefits & conditions
- This role is a Salary Non-Exempt position with a targeted salary range of $60,000 - $62,000 USD
