L2 Workplace Support Engineer

Hemmersbach is seeking an experienced L2 Workplace Support Engineer, supporting workplace infrastructure, collaboration technologies, and local network environments. This role combines advanced end-user support with hands-on technical troubleshooting and project activities., * Resolve complex incidents involving PCs, laptops, AV equipment, phones, and peripherals

• Support LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and connectivity issues
• Assist with IDF/MDF room activities, cabling, and infrastructure changes
• Support backup, server, and printer environments
• Deliver VIP support and participate in site projects and relocations
• Collaborate with global IT teams and vendors

• 2-5 years of IT support experience
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Experience configuring switches and routers
• Knowledge of network fundamentals, backup solutions, and workplace technologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• CCNA certification not required

• This role is a Salary Non-Exempt position with a targeted salary range of $60,000 - $62,000 USD
