Graphic & Web Designer (in-house)

• Design and maintain company WordPress websites (Vesta and E-Commerce sites), including layout, content updates, and user experience
• Create marketing graphics for product brochures, magazine advertisements, business cards, social media accounts, trade show booths, and company websites
• Design and update product labels and packaging; translate scientific and technical information into clear, accurate visuals
• Plan and schedule content for social media accounts, including brand brainstorming, scouting opportunities, and drafting posts
• Maintain and evolve brand standards across VPI and VII; ensure visual consistency across all customer-facing materials
• Manage incoming design requests through SharePoint and Outlook; meet turnaround expectations and communicate proactively if a deadline is at risk
• Maintain an organized brand asset library (logos, templates, brochures, tradeshow materials, magazine ads) in the designated OneDrive folder
• Trade show coordination. Tasks include but are not limited to, working with vendors on printing materials and media measurements, produce trade show marketing aids (backdrops, signs/posters, banners, giveaways) and ordering booth materials (e.g., electrical cords, furniture, etc).
• Additional duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Communications, or related field
• At least 2 years of graphic and web design experience
• Experience with WordPress preferred
• Attention to detail
• High degree of accountability & responsibility
• Ability to perform with little supervision and balance numerous tasks
• Courteous, prompt, and dependable
• Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator) required; HubSpot or Salesforce experience a plus, * Bachelor’s (Required), * Marketing: 2 years (Required)
