You will work directly with Clients, solve real software and accounting problems, test new features, train users, work with our programmers and staff, and occasionally travel throughout the United States and Canada., * Help Clients solve software, accounting, inventory, and operational questions.

• Communicate by email, phone, and video meetings.
• Work directly with NewBOS programmers.
• Test software updates and new features.
• Train Clients and help improve their processes.
• Use Excel, AI, and other tools to automate repetitive work.
• Travel as needed for implementations, training, and special projects.

• Enjoy helping people and solving puzzles.
• Communicate clearly and proactively.
• Are organized and dependable.
• Like learning software and business processes.

Your experience with AI tools, accounting, implementation, and training is a definite plus.
