Vice President - AI Transformation Office

The VP of AI & Digital exists to lead WWT’s enterprise-wide acceleration of AI and agentic workflow adoption, partnering with lines of business and IT to put the right AI capabilities into the hands of every team and to automate the tedious, repetitive work that slows the organization down. Leading a multidisciplinary team of subject matter experts, engineers, data architects, project managers, and change management professionals, this leader turns individual AI experimentation into scalable, governed, production-grade capability that the whole company can reuse. In doing so, the role directly advances WWT’s transformation to an AI-first operating model-driving measurable productivity, faster innovation, and better decision-making across every function.

• Set and lead the enterprise AI & digital strategy, translating WWT’s “AI First, Business Always” vision into a prioritized roadmap that accelerates AI and agentic workflow adoption across every function.
• Lead, develop, and scale a multidisciplinary team of subject matter experts, engineers, data architects, project managers, and change management professionals, fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture.
• Partner with lines of business and IT to identify high-value opportunities, build agents and end-to-end workflows that offload tedious tasks, and drive them from prototype to full-scale production.
• Establish shared standards, reusable capabilities, and a governed foundation (agent platforms, catalogs, tooling, and data connections) so AI compounds across teams instead of being rebuilt team-by-team.
• Oversee the AI-ready data strategy in partnership with data and IT leaders-ensuring trusted, certified, well-governed data sources that power reliable, scalable automation.
• Direct enterprise change management and enablement, including training programs, the AI Champions Network, and recurring “AI in Action” sessions that drive adoption and surface employee-built solutions.
• Champion and scale the citizen development program, empowering employees at all levels to build AI solutions while ensuring visibility, quality standards, and reuse across the organization.
• AI financial management (tokenomics)-optimizing model, tool, and workload selection to deliver outcomes cost-effectively and maintaining transparency into AI spend and usage.
• Define and report enterprise AI outcomes and performance to executive leadership through telemetry, dashboards, and a clear value scorecard.
• Position WWT in the broader AI ecosystem by developing partner integrations, marketplace presence, and external thought leadership that showcase WWT’s AI-first transformation.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences/Business (BA/BS)
• A minimum of 15 years’ progressive experience in a related field

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $222,400 to $278,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
