IT Healthcare Project Manager

• Direct daily technical operations and support for health insurance claims and encounter processing systems.
• Oversee incident management and ticket escalation to ensure rapid resolution of production issues.
• Coordinate technical releases, readiness reviews, and post-implementation performance monitoring.
• Manage external vendor delivery schedules and enforce software development standards.
• Ensure system compliance with federal cybersecurity requirements and administrative safety standards.
• Perform backlog grooming and manage change control approval gates for application enhancements.
• Implement standard operating procedures and technical documentation for new system deployments.

• 5 or more years of experience in healthcare claims and encounter processing systems operations.
• Proficiency in AWS cloud-native technologies and cloud infrastructure management.
• Experience in managing complex system implementations and enterprise integration projects.
• Experience with public health insurance administration frameworks, enrollment workflows, and claims databases.
• Experience with directing third-party vendor systems development and service level agreement monitoring.
• Experience in configuring incident management pipelines, ticketing databases, and standardized workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
