Healthcare Systems Analyst

• Perform business process analysis and technical capability assessments for system modernization efforts.
• Translate high-level business rules and operational workflows into detailed technical requirements.
• Lead data integration design sessions across core modular system components.
• Coordinate resource priorities and program deliverables between multiple parallel technical workstreams.
• Establish and track technical key performance indicators to monitor project progress.
• Resolve complex integration issues by facilitating technical discussions between business and IT teams.
• Map electronic data interchange standards and system configurations to meet regulatory requirements.

• 7 or more years of experience in commercial healthcare systems and business analysis.
• Proficiency in public health insurance payer system integration and MITA business architecture principles.
• Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) standards, transaction sets, and database schemas.
• Experience in translating complex business processes into detailed functional specifications.
• Experience with federal technology certification requirements and system validation processes.
• Experience in cross-functional integration and project management lifecycles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
