Job description

We’re seeking a Senior UX Software Engineer to help modernize enterprise marketing and digital experiences. In this role, you’ll build intuitive, user-focused web applications using Vue.js and Laravel, while partnering with UX designers and development teams to deliver accessible, high-performing solutions that enhance the customer experience., * Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using Vue.js, JavaScript (ES6), and Laravel (PHP).

Build responsive, accessible, and reusable UI components that deliver exceptional user experiences.
Support the modernization of enterprise marketing applications and migration to an in-house CMS platform.
Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into scalable technical solutions.
Optimize applications for performance, accessibility (WCAG), SEO, and maintainability.
Participate in code reviews and promote development best practices.
Leverage cloud technologies, AI-assisted development tools, and automation to improve engineering efficiency.

Requirements

5+ years of experience developing modern web applications.
Strong experience with Vue.js, JavaScript (ES6), and Laravel (PHP).
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development.
Experience implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
Familiarity with AWS and containerized environments such as Tanzu Kubernetes Grid (TKG).
Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Microsoft Copilot.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, web performance, and modern front-end architecture.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working closely with UX designers or on a UX-focused development team.
Knowledge of web analytics, SEO/Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and test automation.
Experience modernizing legacy web applications and content management systems.
