IT Field Service Technician

As an IT Field Services Technician, you’ll travel throughout New York State supporting large-scale IT refresh projects while building practical experience with computer deployment, hardware installation, asset management, and end-user support.

Responsibilities of the IT Field Services Technician will include:

• Install and configure laptops, desktops, thin clients, monitors, and peripheral devices.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of IT equipment.
• Complete inventory management and asset documentation before and during equipment deployment.
• Travel to locations throughout New York State to complete scheduled IT refresh projects.

Education: Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required License: Valid New York State driver’s license with a clean driving record required Travel: Must be willing to travel throughout New York State, including occasional overnight stays (home most weekends), * Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required.
