• 1-3 years UI/UX experience on consumer products (not just internal tooling)
• Strong visual + interaction design taste (portfolio with real shipped work)
• Fluent in Figma + at least one modern prototyping tool
• Comfortable with rapid iteration - small experiments over 40-slide brand books
• US work authorization (incl. OPT/CPT eligible; visa sponsorship OK)

Strong fit

• Portfolio includes a consumer / entertainment app with real polish
• Uses AI tools (Midjourney, Lovable, v0) for prototyping or design iteration
• Motion / micro-interaction design experience
• Has shipped a design system or component library
• Has shipped a side project with real users

Bonus

• Background or strong interest in game UX / interactive entertainment
• 3D / animation / Lottie / shader experience
• Can write some HTML/CSS or work in code-adjacent tools (Framer, Webflow)
• Brand / identity design background, * 1-3 years UI/UX experience for consumer products
