Social Media Marketing and Web Designer

Yours Fiscally is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing & Web Designer to support our digital presence and marketing initiatives. This role combines graphic design, website management, and social media marketing to help strengthen brand visibility and engage audiences across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate is both creative and strategic, capable of designing compelling visuals while also understanding how content performs online. This position will work closely with leadership to develop and maintain a consistent digital brand presence., * Manage and maintain company social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels.

• Create and maintain social media content calendars and schedule posts using social media management tools.
• Design engaging graphics and visual content for social media, marketing campaigns, newsletters, and digital promotions.
• Update and maintain company websites, ensuring content is accurate, visually appealing, and user-friendly.
• Implement SEO strategies, including keyword research and content optimization.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic and social media performance using analytics tools.
• Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions, audience engagement, and industry trends.
• Ensure consistent brand identity across all digital platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and campaigns.

• Experience managing social media platforms for businesses or organizations.
• Strong graphic design skills with experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar tools.
• Experience managing or updating websites using a content management system.
• Strong written communication and proofreading skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, or similar website platforms.
• Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
• Knowledge of SEO strategies and Google Analytics.
• Background in digital marketing, branding, or content creation.
• Portfolio demonstrating design, social media, or web design work.
