Job description

  • Play a key role in assisting clients in implementing and optimizing their Project Management Information Systems.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and clients as the technical lead throughout the implementation process

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their project management requirements, specifically in the area of Project Controls.

  • Design and configure PMIS solutions to meet client needs, including data integration, reporting, and analytics capabilities.

  • Provide guidance and best practices on project controls processes, including cost management, scheduling, risk management, and change control.

  • Conduct system assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

  • Lead and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing to ensure successful system adoption.

  • Develop and deliver high-quality documentation, user manuals, and training materials.

  • Support project teams during system go-live and post-implementation phases, addressing any issues or concerns.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in Project Controls methodologies.

Requirements

  • Expertise in Project Controls is crucial in ensuring that the clients’ projects are effectively monitored, controlled, and executed within predefined parameters.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

  • Certifications such as PMP, Unifier Implementation Specialist, or equivalent are highly desirable.

  • Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in implementing PMIS solutions, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.

  • In-depth knowledge of Project Controls principles, processes, and best practices.

  • Proficient in working with industry-leading PMIS platforms, such as Primavera Unifier, Kahua, eBuilder.

  • Strong technical skills and ability to configure and customize PMIS solutions to meet client requirements.

  • Demonstrated experience in project management methodologies and practices.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within defined timelines.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and project engagements.
