IT Applications Project Manager

• Hybrid Project Tracking: Manage project tracking and reporting through a structured Waterfall framework for compliance, while supporting engineering teams executing work via Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
• Schedule Management: Build and maintain detailed project schedules, manage dependencies, and hold teams accountable to baseline plans.
• Contractual Alignment: Review contractual documentation to extract scope, deliverables, compliance obligations, and milestones into actionable project plans.
• Tool Stack Management: Actively maintain project status, update roadmaps, and facilitate routine ceremonies/meetings using Jira and ServiceNow.
• Communication & Collaboration: Act as the primary bridge between clients, vendors, and engineering teams to ensure continuous alignment across multiple parallel projects.

• 5+ years of dedicated Project Management experience specifically focused on Software Development or IT Applications.
• 5+ years of direct proficiency with MS Project or Project Online for schedule development and baseline management.
• Strong background in a hybrid delivery environment running both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience reading contractual documents and extracting project scope and obligations.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

• PMP or CAPM certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or Business Administration.
