Network Deployment Technician

firstPRO is seeking a Network Deployment Specialist who will be responsible for installing, configuring, testing, and supporting Point of Care (POC) systems, PCs, network devices, and middleware applications. This role ensures reliable device connectivity and successful deployments by collaborating with engineering, implementation, and project teams., * Install, configure, and deploy PCs, network devices, and peripheral equipment.

• Connect and validate devices using RJ45 Ethernet cabling and TCP/IP networking.
• Troubleshoot hardware, network connectivity, and device communication issues.
• Support POC testing, device validation, and deployment activities.
• Configure and maintain middleware applications such as Navify, RALS, or similar platforms.
• Document installation procedures, testing results, and technical issues.
• Maintain deployment hardware inventory and follow IT and security best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementations.

• Experience with PC deployment, hardware configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking, IP addressing, and network diagnostics (ping, traceroute).
• Experience installing and connecting network devices using RJ45 Ethernet.
• Familiarity with POC devices, testing, or healthcare technology environments preferred.
• Experience with middleware applications (Navify, RALS, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
