Job description

Then: design and build the software that replaces the manual work you just did - working directly under our lead systems architect (who built our custom lab software from scratch) with regular access to the founder. Projects on the roadmap include:

  • Laboratory workflow automation
  • Mobile apps and a customer portal
  • AI-powered reporting tools
  • Barcode and inventory systems
  • Data dashboards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or graduating soon) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field - or self-taught with a portfolio that proves it
  • Experience with some of: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Flutter, SQL, APIs, AI tools
  • A builder’s mindset and genuine curiosity about how a business operates
  • High attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Ability to obtain an OMMA Cannabis Employee credential (required by Oklahoma law - we’ll walk you through the process)
  • No laboratory experience required. We’ll teach you the science
