Software Developer / IT Support Specialist

• Develop and maintain UBuildIt software applications and tools
• Assist with improvements to our web-based business systems
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues for corporate staff
• Provide technical support to franchise owners across the country
• Work with APIs and software integrations between business platforms
• Create reports, forms, automations, and workflow improvements
• Help administer Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and related services
• Maintain company websites and assist with content and feature updates
• Test new software features before deployment
• Coordinate larger development projects with our software development partner
• Research and implement new technologies, AI tools, and automation opportunities
• Document technical procedures and assist with employee training
