The Customer Care Application serves as a platform utilized across Echostar’s Business units like BOOST, and DISHTV to empower call center agents in efficiently resolving customer issues. This system supports different workflows and provides agents with the necessary tools and information to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience., * Conduct Requirement Gathering and Elicitation from customers, stakeholders, and business leaders
- Translate high-level business goals into detailed, actionable requirements, including writing clear and concise Technical User Stories and acceptance criteria
- Manage, refine, and prioritize the product backlog using established techonoliges like JIRA and ServiceNow
- Interpret technical documentation and collaborate with the engineering team to discuss implementation approaches and dependencies
- Lead and coordinate Release Management activities, including planning, communicating, and executing successful product launches and rollouts
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline)
- 3+ Years of experience working as a Product Owner in an Agile environment
- Experience with Release Management, including planning, coordinating, and executing product launches
- Ability to Manage Multiple Responsibilities and Projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment, * Exceptional Stakeholder Management skills, including conflict resolution
- Proven capacity for strategic thinking, balancing short-term tactical needs with the long-term product roadmap

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role’s location and is subject to change based on work location.
