Business Systems & Marketing Technology Manager

This position is responsible for managing and improving the technology that keeps our business running., * Administer and improve our CRM systems (JobNimbus and GoHighLevel)

• Build and troubleshoot automations, workflows, forms, and integrations
• Make routine updates to our WordPress websites
• Coordinate with our web developer on larger projects
• Manage Google Business Profiles
• Assist with Google Ads, Google Local Services Ads, and Meta advertising platforms
• Configure and support employee iPads, computers, and mobile devices
• Troubleshoot office technology, internet, printers, phones, and user accounts
• Ensure phone numbers, call routing, texting, and forwarding are functioning correctly
• Import, export, organize, and clean customer data
• Build reports and dashboards to support sales and marketing
• Help identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks
• Coordinate with software vendors when technical issues arise

No two days are the same. One morning you may be updating a website, and that afternoon you could be troubleshooting CRM issues, setting up a new salesperson’s iPad, fixing call routing, or improving a marketing automation.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, learning new technology, and becoming the go-to technical resource for our company., * 3+ years of experience with business technology or systems administration

• Experience with CRM platforms (JobNimbus, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Experience using WordPress
• Strong understanding of Google Workspace
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to learn new software quickly
