Robotics Operation Lead

• Strategic Operations Leadership: Scale and own the end-to-end performance metrics and operational strategy for a rapidly growing network of 100 to 1,000+ robot pilots.
• Data Annotation Strategy & Analytics: Architect the data pipeline. You will lead the analysis of massive, unstructured datasets (telemetry, task completion, operational logs) and design robust data annotation workflows to drive AI model training.
• Offshore Program Management: Lead, mentor, and manage offshore resources and vendors. You will establish strict quality assurance standards, KPIs, and delivery timelines across international regions.
• Cross-Functional Influence: Serve as the strategic bridge between local operators in Southeast Asia and our core Engineering, Product, and AI Research teams in San Francisco to translate operational insights into product features.
• Process Standardization: Design and implement global Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and continuous coaching frameworks that systematically elevate pilot performance and accelerate machine learning feedback loops.

• Experience: 5-8 years of professional experience in Management Consulting, Operations Program Management, Business Intelligence, or Tech Operations (ideally within a high-growth startup, robotics, or hardware/software environment).
• Proven Leadership: Demonstrated track record of successfully managing, scaling, and driving quality from large offshore teams or third-party vendors.
• Data & Analytics Expertise: Advanced capability in large data analysis and establishing structured data annotation processes. You know how to turn massive amounts of “noisy” data into clean, actionable operational strategy.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and cross-functional leadership skills. You can comfortably align technical engineering leaders with boots-on-the-ground operational teams.
• Entrepreneurial Drive: A strategic thinker who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to build processes from scratch in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
