Senior Engineer Test

• Responsible for Developing Test packages (test programs and hardware) for Productivity and Quality improvement drives
• Resolves test program issues in order to support engineering and production requirement
• Document and Validate test applications to ensure compliance with IC specifications and Test program
• Release requirements Ensure Timely transfer of Engineering and Production test packages for Wafer sort and Final (Packaged) Test to various Testing locations.
• Drive test time reduction, increased site count/throughput and yield enhancement activities.

Do you have experience in Python?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * B.S. Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics or Solid State Physics.

• 5 years of semiconductor industry experience with test engineering, test processes, and equipment knowledge.
• Prefer experience with Memory product testing on Teradyne MAG-V or Advantest V93K test platforms.
• Knowledge of non-volatile memories and microcontroller products a plus.
• Good technical documentation skills and able to communicate technical ideas and issues in a professional manner.
• Experience or coursework in coding: C++ and scripting languages (Perl, Python etc).
• Experience working with lab tools such as multi-meter, oscilloscope, logic analyzers, Power Supplies, function generators
• Good command in English
