Support booking Coordinator Industrial

We are looking for a sharp, proactive support Industrial Booking Coordinator to join our fast-paced Head Office team. You will be the bridge between our clients and our workforce, ensuring seamless staffing solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Handle candidate registrations, inductions, and Right to Work compliance.
• Good communication still on the phone
• Able to work well under pressure
• Work well as a team player
• Flexible regarding working hours
• Coordinate staff bookings to meet daily client demands.
• Manage admin tasks like holiday requests and database updates.

• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in an Eastern European language would be advantage but not essential
• Strong skills in MS Office (Word & Excel).
• Own transport (highly preferred for occasional site visits).
