Service Desk Coordinator

The role of Service Coordinator will be to join a small, friendly team to provide exceptional levels of customer service to key existing customers.

• You will handle a variety of telephone and email queries including emergency callouts.
• Coordinate essential equipment deliveries and emergency orders.
• Be the primary contact between customers and internal teams.
• Help manage an online helpdesk, where customers can log various types of enquiries and requests.
• Accurately record key activities.

• Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
• A positive attitude towards solving a variety of complex queries in a fast-paced role.
• Able to conduct inline client meetings (training and assistance provided)
• Previous solid 2+ years in a similar role within a call centre or similar office environment

IT literacy, in particular with Excel and Outlook. Experience working with Sap would be an advantage.
