Job description
As an Order Management Co-Ordinator you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to the team. Your main responsibilities will include managing order status for consumer direct orders, conducting reporting activities and performing invoice verifications., * Monitor and manage the status of consumer direct orders
- Utilize an order book to manage consumer direct orders effectively
- Ensure accurate pricing for all orders
- Set up and maintain reserve management according to established guidelines
- Address consumer direct queries and communicate with end users through the online portal
- Confirm receipt of orders to all relevant parties
- Manage changes to delivery orders between consumers and the warehouse
- Over see back orders & monitor status of orders
- Monitor and initiate any claims due to damaged or lost stock
- Resolve any delivery issues with the warehouse & liaise directly with the consumer
Requirements
Do you have experience in Sales administration?, * Working experience with MS packages. Particularly Word & Excel (including v-lookups, charts and pivot tables)
- Strong organisational skills & able to prioritise workload
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently
